Boundless Theatre

Creating exhilarating new plays for 15–25 year olds and curious others, Boundless Theatre tour across the UK and internationally.

Led by Artistic Director Rob Drummer they respond to a diverse global culture, empowering young people to collaborate and find their voice.

The crux of the brief was to increase the profile and develop new audiences within their core demographic, whilst engaging guardians, teachers and donors, without being patronising or clichéd.

We established a creative approach that engaged Boundless’s young advisory group, artists and team on a series of explorative workshops. These sessions unearthed valuable insights that were integrated into the brand and its mechanics.

Their spirit captures the boldness and power of a generation living in a volatile age. The new identity and website is optimistic, vibrant and with attitude. We have done away with a traditional logo for a rough and ready aesthetic where the word marque repeats, twists and layers.

Boundless’s first play ‘Natives’ by Glenn Waldron, coincided with the overall launch. We art directed the campaign including the design of the launch posters, video sting, microsite and associated materials, with photography by Christian Sinibaldi.
