Founded as a family business in 1978, Johnston Quarter has grown to provide and develop world-class logistics spaces, for operations in the UK and globally. With notable tenants like FedEx, Kettle, Fairfax & Favour, the park consists of 650,000 sq ft of built warehousing, with exciting future phases totalling over 1 million sq ft.
Efficiency, integrity, and innovation lie at the heart of the business. Over recent years however, the sector has become more competitive and driven by price. To support their commercial ambitions and industry uniqueness, we were asked to explore a new brand identity that positioned Johnston Quarter as a forward-thinking, sustainable leader.
Read more+This identity system had to be cohesive and flexible, adapting itself across a variety of touchpoints that included: a modern, user-friendly website, the quarter’s wayfinding system, striking sales materials for agents, compelling photography and a location film that captures the scale and quality of the place.
The output has enabled Johnston Quarter to attract more diverse businesses to their eco-friendly, strategically located hub, whilst positioning them as one of the top choices for logistics operations in the UK and worldwide.
