Tonic is one of London’s most accomplished experiential event caterers. Creative, conceptual and committed, their inspiring menus combined with immaculate event design, are carefully tailored to captivate clients, colleagues and guests.

Formerly known as Harbour and Jones Events, the business had become tired and lacked a distinctive voice. We were commissioned to bring an edge and vitality back to their offer.

In a market where companies are jostling for clients, clarity is key. We started by changing the name to Tonic which set the tone for the identity and website. Deceptively simple, colours vibrate, the copy is uplifting and the marque shifts playfully.

To reflect the energy of the business we collaborated with photographer Angela Moore and food stylist Peta O’Brien, to produce a suite of intriguing images that use food in innovative ways. The narrative for these came from exploring themes around: canapés, street food, cocktails, fine dining and experimentation.

Tonic went on to win Caterer of the year 2016 at the ‘Events Awards’.
