As a leader in online learning solutions, we were approached to refresh their brand and website as they grew from a promising start-up to a major player in the edtech sector. The challenge was clear: craft a refined, future-ready brand identity and a user-friendly digital experience that reflected their core values.

Brand system

We worked with Mindful Education’s leadership and in-house design team to reimagine the brand in a way that resonated with their evolving position in the market. Through collaborative workshops and thorough research, we developed a brand identity that balances professionalism with warmth – capturing their mission of combining flexibility and academic excellence. Together, we created a unique illustrative style, core assets, and adaptable templates that are easy for their team to use and evolve over time.

The graphic concept of a ribbon ties the visual identity together, symbolising student journeys, connections, and achievement. The ribbon forms an iconic M symbol for the brand, while also breaking free as a dynamic 3D device that adds depth across all brand touchpoints, from digital platforms to exhibition stands and print materials.

The website

With the new brand in place, we turned our focus to designing and developing a website that truly reflects Mindful Education’s innovative spirit. The challenge was to create a site that was visually aligned with their refreshed identity while ensuring seamless functionality for users, from students to institutional partners.

The result is a clean, intuitive website that showcases their award-winning courses and services, delivering an engaging and informative experience. The final product is a sophisticated digital platform that positions Mindful Education for continued success, providing them with the tools to grow in the competitive edtech market.
